Payments 

All payments are non-refundable whether they are for the full amount or a deposit.

All outstanding balances must be cleared before you are able to complete your skydive.

Failure to turn up on the day of your jump will result in you needing to pay a £50 rebooking fee. 


Skydiving Restrictions 

The standard upper weight limit is 15 stone / 95 kilos fully clothed. Please call the office if you are between 15 and 18 stone.

The minimum age is 16 years and there is no upper age limit. If you are aged between 16 and 18 you must obtain a parent or guardian’s consent.

If you have any medical conditions you must consult your GP or a doctor before you complete BPA Form 115A Student Tandem Parachutist Medical Information and Declaration form required for your jump. Download here:

If you are unsure about your fitness to complete your skydive after reading Form 115A, then you must seek advice from your GP or a doctor. Gforce skydiving staff cannot advise on fitness to jump. Medical concerns raised with our staff on the day of your jump will result in you being asked to complete the Student Tandem Parachutist Doctor’s Medical Certificate Form 115B. A rebook fee of £50 will also apply. Remember it is your responsibility to be truthful regarding your medical history.



It is very important that you read carefully BPA Form 115A to determine if you need to have the Student Tandem Parachutist Request for Medical Advice declaration of fitness BPA 115B Form Student Tandem Parachutist Doctor’s Medical Certificate completed by your GP or a doctor before completing your skydive.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your GP or a doctor must NOT make any additional notes on Form BPA 115A. If they do, it will become immediately void and you will NOT be able to jump. You may also lose any money paid to Gforce Skydiving.


Promotions and Offers

All offers and promotions are on a first come first serve bases, unless your booking confirmation or a staff-sent email has specifically stated you are entitled to an offer, then all offers will revert to the advertised prices.

Weather

In the unfortunate circumstance we are unable to skydive on your booked day due to weather or any other unforeseen issues we will aim to contact you before your set date so you do not have the expense of travel. If we are not able to make a decision until the day or the weather deteriorates below our operating limits, then we will rebook your experience for our next available date that suits you (there are no customer fees or charges payable to Gforce Skydiving for rebooking for weather delays).

Gforce Skydiving is not responsible for any financial cost the customer may incur as a result of any unforeseen circumstances and will aim to give as much notice as possible on any such occasion.

Insurance 

All jumpers are covered by the British Skydiving third party Liability Insurance of £2 million. This is paid on the day of your jump. 



Social Media and Marketing 

Unless instructed otherwise in writing to Gforce Skydiving, Gforce Skydiving has the right to use all pictures and videos taken of all skydiving activity for use on any of our social media platforms and for promotional advertising purposes.

All videos purchased from Gforce Skydiving may not be used to promote any other business or be sold on for any financial gain to any third party.
